Returns & Refunds Policy

Our returns and refunds policy currently applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

We accept returns on most items, including both faulty and non-faulty products, as long as they meet our return conditions and fall within the allowed return period.

Returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in a resellable condition. Items may be opened or gently tried on, but should be returned with original tags and packaging wherever possible.

Yes, we offer exchanges in the following situations:

• If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you’d like to exchange due to personal preference (e.g. size or style), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

All exchange requests must be made within the return period and meet our return condition standards.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests submitted after this window has passed.

• If you're returning an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
• If the item is incorrect, faulty, or not as described, we will cover return postage and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return

We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and clarify who is responsible for the shipping cost based on your case.

All refunds are issued in British Pounds (GBP) and returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days.

We’ll notify you by email as soon as the refund has been issued.

In some situations, we may offer a partial refund if you prefer to keep the item.

We do not charge any restocking fees. Refunds also include any shipping charges you paid at checkout, where applicable.
