At Golfario, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below:

Cancellation Eligibility

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter the processing stage and can no longer be cancelled.

Important: This 24-hour window applies even on weekends or public holidays. We recommend submitting your cancellation request as early as possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please email us at contact@golfario.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We'll confirm your cancellation by email once it's been reviewed.

Refund Timeline

If your cancellation request is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Most refunds are processed within 7 business days, though it may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.

Missed the Cancellation Window?

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch. In such cases:

  • Cancellation is no longer guaranteed

  • You may still be eligible to return the item after delivery (see Returns Policy)

Golfario reserves the right to decline cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window, especially if the item has already been prepared or shipped.
