1. What products does Golfario offer?
Golfario focuses on practical golf training aids and accessories for everyday golfers. Our current featured product is the Golfario Retractable Golf Swing Trainer, designed for warm-ups, setup practice, grip positioning and repeated swing movement.
2. Is Golfario a UK business?
Yes. Golfario is operated by SIGMA GOLF (UK) LIMITED, a UK company registered in the UK.
3. Do you design or manufacture your products?
Golfario does not manufacture every product from scratch. We carefully source selected golf training products from factory suppliers, mainly in China, and present them under Golfario with our own branded packaging, product content and customer-focused shopping experience.
4. Can similar products be found elsewhere online?
Some similar golf training aid products may be available from other sellers. Our focus is to select suitable product versions, work with trusted suppliers, buy in bulk where possible and provide clear product information for UK customers.
5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.
6. Where are orders shipped from?
Our products are stocked and fulfilled through our selected fulfilment service in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. We do not currently operate a UK warehouse.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days after processing, with a total estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. Priority Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after processing, with a total estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days.
8. Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is sent automatically by email after your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
9. Which carriers do you use?
We use international tracked shipping services such as YunExpress and CNE Express. Once the parcel reaches the United Kingdom, final delivery may be completed by a local delivery partner such as Evri, Yodel or Royal Mail, depending on the shipment route.
10. Will I need to pay customs duties or import fees?
No. Our UK orders are shipped on a DDP basis, which means customs duties and import handling are included where applicable. If a carrier unexpectedly asks you to pay an import fee, please contact us before making payment so we can review and assist.
11. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean, in original condition and include accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect, Golfario will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
14. Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.

16. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure checkout providers available on our website. Golfario does not store full payment card details.
