Shipping Destinations

Golfario currently ships orders only within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK. There are no specific UK area restrictions at this time.

Shipping Origin

Our products are stocked and fulfilled through our selected fulfillment service in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.

We do not currently operate a warehouse in the United Kingdom. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery — Free
Estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days after processing
Total estimated delivery time, including processing: 7–14 business days

Priority Delivery — £3.95
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing
Total estimated delivery time, including processing: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier handling, customs checks, address issues, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery within the UK is currently free.

Priority Delivery is available for £3.95 and can be selected at checkout.

All available delivery options and final shipping costs will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00pm London time, Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a business day will usually enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, during weekends, or on UK public holidays will usually be handled on the next business day.

Carriers and Last-Mile Delivery

We use international tracked shipping services such as YunExpress and CNE Express for order fulfillment from our fulfillment location in China.

Once the parcel reaches the United Kingdom, final delivery may be completed by a local UK delivery partner such as Evri, Yodel or Royal Mail, depending on the shipment route and service used.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

After fulfillment, the tracking details will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address before placing an order.

Please double-check your address, including house number, flat number, building name, post code and contact details. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel may be delayed, delivered to the wrong address or returned.

If our system detects that an address may be incomplete or unclear, we may contact you by email to confirm missing details before dispatch.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes happen.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can check the tracking status and follow up.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement parcel or issuing a full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

Our UK prices are presented with delivery and import handling included where applicable. We ship orders on a DDP basis, meaning customers should not be required to pay extra customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly asks you to pay an import fee, please contact us before making payment. We will review the situation and, where applicable, cover the required customs or import charge.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy page.
