Refund policy

This policy explains how Golfario handles returns, exchanges and refunds for customer orders.

Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at contact@golfario.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is eligible.

Return Address

Golfario products are dispatched from our fulfilment source in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.

For this reason, approved returns may need to be sent back to the dispatch source.

Please do not send returns to our UK business address unless we confirm this in writing. After your return request is approved, we will provide the full return address and instructions by email.

Return Conditions

Returned items should meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused or clean and in good condition
  • Include all accessories where possible
  • Include original packaging where reasonably possible

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing components or not in resaleable condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, we may ask for photos or videos so we can review the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund

For confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect items, Golfario will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Change of Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake or no longer want the product, the item must meet our return conditions.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • The item must be unused or in good condition
  • Original Priority Delivery fees are non-refundable

Standard Delivery is free, so there is no standard delivery fee to refund.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If the exchange is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement where available.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refund visible in your account.

Restocking Fees

Golfario does not charge restocking fees.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is missing accessories or packaging
  • You prefer to keep the item despite a minor issue

Any partial refund offer will be explained clearly before it is processed.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can usually be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after the item has been delivered.
